At a glance

The Torxup filter refill subscription sends a fresh ProDefend carbon cartridge pair and a FlowCore filter pack (2 pads + 2 covers) for the Torxup CoreMask every 2 or 4 weeks for £9.26 per refill. That is 15% less than the £10.90 they cost separately, with free UK postage and no minimum term.

  • Each refill is one ProDefend carbon pair (£7.95 on its own) plus one FlowCore pack (£2.95 on its own): £10.90 of filters for £9.26.
  • Choose every 4 weeks for regular trade use, or every 2 weeks for daily sanding, MDF or plaster work. FlowCore pads last 20 to 40 working hours of dust exposure.
  • The first refill ships the same working day. Stripe charges the card saved at checkout again at the start of each new period, and the next refill ships that day.
  • Cancel any time before the next charge from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing store@torxup.co.uk. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
  • Order more than one kit per refill to cover a whole crew; every kit is 15% off.

Subscription questions, answered

How does the filter subscription charge me?
You pay for the first refill at checkout and Stripe keeps your card on file. It is charged £9.26 per kit again every 2 or 4 weeks, depending on the schedule you chose, and each refill is dispatched the day it is paid for.

How do I cancel?
Use the manage-subscription link in any receipt email, or email store@torxup.co.uk, any time before your next charge. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Can I add a mask to the same order?
Yes. Put a CoreMask (or anything else) in the basket with the subscription. It is charged once with your first refill; only the refill kit repeats.

Which schedule should I pick?
Every 4 weeks suits most trades using the mask a few days a week. Pick every 2 weeks for daily dusty work such as MDF, plaster or silica, which saturates FlowCore pads faster.
