CoreMask™ by Torxup

CoreMask + Extra Filter Pack

Same mask, twice the filters. The bundle is the CoreMask kit — mask body with silicone face seal, adjustable head harness, a pair of ProDefend carbon cartridges and a pair of FlowCore cotton filter pads — plus a spare pair of each, so the day a filter clogs you swap it and carry on rather than stopping work.

At a glance

The Torxup CoreMask + Extra Filter Pack is the £23.95 version of the CoreMask reusable half-face respirator, supplied with a spare pair of ProDefend carbon cartridges and a spare pair of FlowCore cotton filter pads already in the box. It is for tradespeople and serious DIYers who sand, cut or cast most weeks and cannot afford to stop when a filter clogs. Free UK delivery, dispatched the same working day from Halton, Lancashire.

  • The CoreMask + Extra Filter Pack costs £23.95 with Torxup, against £15.95 for the standard CoreMask kit — an £8.00 premium for a second pair of each filter.
  • Buying the spares separately after the fact costs £10.90 (£7.95 ProDefend pair plus £2.95 FlowCore pack), so the bundle saves £2.90.
  • FlowCore cotton pads last 20 to 40 working hours of active dust exposure per pair; the bundle ships four pads and four covers in total.
  • UK delivery is free on every order except a FlowCore pack on its own (£2.95 postage), orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same working day, and returns are accepted for 14 days.
  • Without a spare filter on the van, a clogged pad means either working unprotected or losing the rest of the day.

What's in the box

  • Everything in the CoreMask kit
  • Extra pair of ProDefend carbon cartridges
  • Extra pair of FlowCore cotton filter pads

When the bundle makes sense

FlowCore pads typically last 20 to 40 working hours of active dust exposure; dusty jobs like MDF, plaster and silica saturate them faster. If you are sanding, cutting or casting most weeks, the spare pair in the bundle means you are never caught without a fresh filter. For occasional DIY the standard CoreMask kit at £15.95 is all you need.

Buying for a crew?

Team pricing applies to the standard CoreMask: 3 to 4 masks are 10% off every mask, 5 or more are 20% off every mask. Add the quantity you need on the CoreMask page and the discount is applied in the basket automatically.

Bundle questions, answered

Is the CoreMask bundle cheaper than buying the spare filters separately?
Yes. The bundle is £23.95 against £15.95 for the standard CoreMask kit, so the spare pair of each filter costs £8.00 inside the bundle. Buying the same spares afterwards costs £10.90 — £7.95 for a ProDefend carbon pair plus £2.95 for a FlowCore pack — so the bundle saves £2.90.

How many filters come with the CoreMask + Extra Filter Pack?
Four ProDefend carbon cartridges in total (two fitted, two spare) and four FlowCore cotton filter pads with four covers (two fitted, two spare), plus the CoreMask body, silicone face seal and adjustable head harness.

Do the spare filters in the bundle expire?
Unused ProDefend cartridges and FlowCore pads have no service life until they are opened and worn. Filter life of 20 to 40 working hours applies to active dust exposure once a pad is in use. Store spares sealed, dry and out of direct sunlight.

Can I buy the bundle at team pricing?
Team discounts of 10% on 3 to 4 masks and 20% on 5 or more masks apply to the standard £15.95 CoreMask line only, not to the bundle. For a crew, order the quantity you need on the CoreMask page and add FlowCore and ProDefend refills separately.
